And what I learned is this: presence is not a personality trait. It is a set of learnable, trainable skills. Breath. Posture. Timing. The deliberate use of silence. The ability to enter a room and shift its energy before you speak.
Then I moved behind the curtain. First at La Scala in Milan, in artistic direction. Then at Oper Leipzig, where today I lead Sponsoring & Fundraising. In plain terms: I walk into rooms with corporate partners, foundations and private patrons and make them believe in something they cannot always put into a spreadsheet. I make them care. I make them say yes — not because the numbers are perfect, but because I have touched something deeper. That is exactly what holds three thousand people in silence, and it is exactly what moves a boardroom.
Along the way I deepened this with rigorous business training — an MBA at HHL Leipzig and a Master in Performing Arts Management at SDA Bocconi — not to become a different person, but to understand precisely why these methods work, and how to transfer them systematically to anyone who leads.

Yes. Most clients work with me remotely via video call. Voice, posture and presence training all translate very well online. For clients in Leipzig, in-person sessions are also available.
